Urgent Notes establishes the following terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") in providing the service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").
These Terms apply as the rules to be followed by users and registered users when using the Service.

(Purpose)

As a service and provider, we will continue to make efforts to provide better services.
(Definition of Terms)

The definitions of the terms used in this agreement are as follows:
The Service refers to the posting site operated by us and related services.The Site refers to the website where the contents of the Service are posted.Contents refer to information, images, etc., including posted information, provided by us on the Site.Users refer to all persons who browse the Site.Registered Users refer to persons who have completed user registration on the Site.(Scope and Amendment of Terms)
Article 3
- These Terms are intended to define the conditions for providing the Service and the relationship of rights and obligations between us and the Users regarding the use of the Service,

(Contract Period)
Article 4
The Service shall be terminated when a Registered User completes the withdrawal procedure.
Registered Users may withdraw from the Service at any time by following the prescribed deregistration procedure.
However, if a User or Registered User engages in conduct that constitutes grounds for termination of the contract, we may terminate the contract immediately.
(Usage Fees)
Article 5
- Users and Registered Users have the following options regarding the use of the Service:
- 100-task limit plan (free plan)
- Unlimited plan with a monthly fee of 500 yen/English-speaking countries are $5
- Advertisers shall bear the prescribed fees specified in our fee schedule.
- We may change the fee schedule at any time due to changes in economic conditions, etc.
(Outsourcing)
Article 6
We may outsource all or part of our operations, such as credit card payment processing, as necessary.
(Membership)
Article 7
- Those wishing to join the Service (hereinafter referred to as "Applicants") must apply for membership in the prescribed manner after agreeing to these Terms.
- If an application for membership is made, the Applicant will become a Registered User upon our acceptance of the application and completion of user registration.
- We will notify Registered Users of announcements, advertisements, promotions, and other information by email, etc.
- We may, at our discretion, decline an application for membership if the Applicant falls under any of the following circumstances.
In such cases, we shall not be obligated to explain the reasons for refusal or be liable for any damages. - If there is any deficiency (including but not limited to falsehood, error, or omission) in the Applicant's application
- If the Applicant has previously violated these Terms or been subject to measures such as deregistration or suspension of Registered User status
- If we determine that the Applicant has registered by improper means
- If the Applicant is associated with anti-social forces or is engaged in business that violates public order and morals
- If we deem it inappropriate for any other reason
(Management of ID and Password)
Article 8
- Registered Users shall be responsible for managing the ID and password issued by us, and shall not manage the ID and password in a manner that reveals them to third parties.
We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the failure to fulfill this obligation. - Any use of the Service with the ID and password shall be deemed to have been made by the Registered User to whom the ID and password were issued, and the Registered User shall indemnify us or any third party for any damages suffered due to unauthorized use of the ID and password, regardless of whether the user of the ID and password is the Registered User or not.
- Registered Users may not allow third parties to use, lend, transfer, sell, pledge, or otherwise dispose of their ID and password.
- If you suspect unauthorized use of your ID and password, please contact us.
(Change of Registration Information)
Article 9
- If there is any change to the registration information, the Registered User shall promptly submit a notification of change of registration details by following the prescribed procedure on the Service. Any damages arising from the failure to change the registration details shall be borne solely by the Registered User, and we shall not be liable.
- Notifications from us to Registered Users shall be deemed to have been made by sending an email to the email address registered on the Service at the time of notification.
- In the case of the preceding paragraph, we shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the Registered User if the Registered User is unable to receive notifications from us.
(Withdrawal)
Article 10
- If a Registered User wishes to withdraw, the Registered User shall follow the prescribed withdrawal procedure.
- We may forcibly withdraw a Registered User at our discretion if the Registered User falls under any of the following circumstances:
- If it becomes clear that there was any deficiency (including but not limited to falsehood, error, or omission) in the application
- If the Registered User violates these Terms or any other terms of use established by us
- If we deem it inappropriate for any other reason
- If the Registered User has any outstanding debts or obligations to us at the time of withdrawal, the Registered User shall continue to be liable for such payment obligations even after withdrawal.
(Compliance)
Article 11
- Registered Users may not transfer, pledge, or lend their ID to third parties.
- Registered Users shall be solely responsible for their own actions taken while using the Service.
- Registered Users shall be responsible for the source, etc., of the information they post.
- We are not obligated to store posted information. Registered Users themselves must back up any necessary posted information.
- Registered Users must not falsify their registration information or register other people's information without permission.
(Prohibited Acts)
Article 12
In using the Service, we prohibit Registered Users from engaging in any of the following acts.
If a violation occurs, we may take necessary measures such as forced withdrawal, suspension of use, or deletion of posted information.
- Acts that infringe on the intellectual property rights of us or third parties
- Acts that defame or unduly discriminate against, slander or insult us or third parties
- Acts that infringe on the privacy rights of us or third parties
- Acts of disclosing personal information of us or third parties without prior consent
- Acts that infringe on or are likely to infringe on the property of us or third parties
- Acts that cause economic damage to us or third parties
- Threatening acts against us or third parties
- Acts of obtaining an ID in place of a user whose ID has been suspended
- Acts that interfere with the operation or system of the Service
Any other acts that we deem inappropriate
(Preparation of Usage Environment)
Article 13
- Registered Users shall, at their own expense and responsibility, prepare and maintain in usable condition all communication equipment, software, and any other necessary equipment for using the Platform and the Service. In using the Platform and the Service, Registered Users shall, at their own expense and responsibility, connect to the Internet via telecommunication services or telecommunication lines of their choice. Registered Users shall maintain security measures, such as preventing computer virus infections, unauthorized access, and information leakage, according to their usage environment.
- We shall not be involved in or bear any responsibility for the usage environment of Registered Users.
(Intellectual Property Rights)
Article 14
All intellectual property rights, including copyrights related to all materials that constitute this service, belong to us or third parties who hold such rights.
Users shall not acquire any rights regarding all materials of this service, and shall not engage in any acts that infringe the rights of the rights holders without their permission.
The granting of permission to use this service based on these terms and conditions does not mean granting permission to use the rights of us or third parties who hold such rights regarding this service.
(Usage Restrictions)
Article 15
- We may restrict the use of this service, such as temporary suspension, for registered users or users who fall under any of the following items:
- If we determine that there is a risk of damage to us or a third party due to the use of this site by a registered user or user, such as the spread of computer viruses or mass email transmission
- If we are unable to contact a registered user via email or other means
- In other cases where we determine that usage restrictions are necessary
- We shall not be liable to registered users, users, or others regarding usage restrictions.
(Deletion and Modification Authority)
Article 16
- We may immediately delete posted information, delete the ID, and prohibit future use without prior notice if a registered user falls under any of the following items:
- When the registered user violates these terms and conditions or other prescribed regulations
- When the registered ID has been obtained or used by an antisocial force or its members or associates, or if we determine that there is a risk of it being used as such
- When it is revealed that the posted information is not owned by the registered user
- We shall not be liable to the relevant person or third parties regarding deletion or usage prohibition.

(Personal Information Management)
Article 17
- We will handle all information provided by users, including personal information registered by registered users, personal information provided to us by registered users through our service, and other information provided to us by users (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Provided Personal Information"), appropriately based on our "Privacy Policy".
- We may provide information, including advertisements, to registered users via email or other methods, and registered users shall agree to this. However, if a registered user does not wish to receive such information, we will not provide it.
- We may use information obtained through this service or information provided or entered by users for analyzing and evaluating information or providing information to third parties.
- If we transfer our service operation business to another company, we may transfer our position under these terms and conditions, rights and obligations based on these terms and conditions, as well as registered user information, provided personal information, and other information to the transferee of such business transfer, and users shall be deemed to have agreed to such transfer in advance under this clause. (Non-Guarantee)
Article 18
We and the companies involved in providing this service make no guarantees regarding the following:
- Accuracy and completeness of content and products
- That the content does not infringe on the rights of third parties
- That this service will be perpetual
- Guaranteeing the reliability or efficacy of advertising companies and their products
